(grades preK - 2)  Jennifer's shows are full of interactive stories and songs, designed to get kids excited about reading, the arts, and creative self expression.  A long-time writer and performer, she will have your kids singing in different languages (like Spanish, Hebrew, and Cat), performing feats of feline ferocity to difficult time signatures (usually landing on their feet), and questioning points of punctuation (What?!).  Jennifer works with Eric Litwin, the author of the first four Pete the Cat books, and is happy to perform one of his stories as well.

(grades 3 - 5)  Part dance party, part writer's workshop, ALL fun... Jennifer will lead students in Musical Mad Libs, perform not-so-kids songs, and scare them with a funny, creepy story.  They'll laugh a lot and will be inspired to use their own unique voices.  A long-time writer and performer, Jennifer often opens up the floor for Q and A, which inevitably leads to thoughtful and poignant discussion.

What are EDUCATORS saying?

"Jennifer has a spirit that engages and invites kids in to experience stories and songs. She is able to capitalize on the similarities in music and literacy to create a learning environment that naturally promotes fluency through rhythm and cadence."
Julie Stokes, Literacy Coach, Dalton Middle School

"The students thoroughly enjoyed Jennifer's entertaining performance. Her beautiful voice mesmerized them as she actively involved everyone throughout her performance. Bringing a book to life through song was a unique way to engage students."
Becky Keck, Blue Ridge Elementary

"Jennifer worked with all our elementary students on each level of their needs and made it so fun, with her energy and knowledge beyond her years. She is a pure talent. You can still catch groups of kids talking about her and missing her. Fairyland school parents and staff were very blessed!!!!"
DeAnna Baker Willingham, Fairyland Elementary School

"It is always so great to have you here with us. I am always amazed at the way you bring such infectious joy, boundless energy, a sense of playfulness and that unbelievable voice to every performance and hit every note and word with the power that makes us each feel we’ve discovered it anew."
Adera Causey, Curator of Education, Hunter Museum of American Art
